Since we were born from a service perspective, we wanted to make our doors stronger and last longer. We visited our history of door repairs accumulated over 30 years in the service industry. We found most door failure was due to the door frame separating and out of square racking, resulting in a door or window that either dragged on the floor or being unable to close and lock. At I:N-Cardea, we designed our doors with a dual system of joining at the corners. Not only do we use a Mig weld to fasten the joints, but we also incorporated a tension rod with backer plates to assure the trueness of the door, assuring years of reliable service.
